Using Salesnet to Access BMC FootPrints Service Core Issues

To access a contact's support information from your Salesnet account:

  1. Log into Salesnet.
  2. Select a contact from the list of contacts.  The contact information is displayed in a new window.
  3. In the contact window, select the support link at the bottom of the Contact's Main Information section of the contact pop-up.  A new pop-up is displayed showing the BMC FootPrints Service Core Issues list.  The BMC FootPrints Service Core support link name is determined by the administrator when configuring the account.  There may be several different links at the bottom of the Contact's Main Information section; contact your administrator if you do not know which link is the FootPrints support link.

You can now view the BMC FootPrints Service Core Issues.

Working with BMC FootPrints Service Core Issues from Salesnet

When the Issues list is displayed in the pop-up, several BMC FootPrints Service Core functions are available for viewing different aspects of the Issues.  The available functions are:
