mrEscalate

Escalate a FootPrints Issue

Syntax (following correct mrFile)

mrEscalate <Issue number> <Escalation level>

Example

mrEscalate 22 8

Escalates Issue 22 to level 8. This typically controls the color, so that level 8 might be orange (and escalation ON).
