Getting Help
Help is available from within BMC FootPrints Service Core. To
access the online Help, click the Help link at the top right of the header. A new browser window
is displayed containing information tailored to Customer users.
- The Help system includes
a Table of Contents. Help topics tailored for customers are found in the
Customer
Self-Service section.
- A Glossary is available
to give definitions for common terms used in .
- The Index and Search
features can be used to find topics by keyword.
- Context-sensitive
help links are available throughout the
system. Click
the Help link at the top right of the
header to obtain context-sensitive help.
- The topics in the online help are also available in the printed versions (PDF) on the Product Documentation section of our Support Web page.
