Viewing Requests

There are a few ways to find out if there are new Requests in the Workspace:

• From the Workspace Totals dashboard component, click the Requests link to display the list.
• Select Requests from the Display drop-down box on the Homepage.
• The administrator may have configured BMC FootPrints Service Core email notification to send email to one or more people each time a customer submits a new Request.
