Using MS CRM to Access FootPrints Service Core Issues

Access to BMC FootPrints Service Core Issues within MS CRM is tied to specific contacts.  That is, you select a contact within MS CRM and then, when the Contact pop-up page is displayed, you click the BMC FootPrints Service CoreCases button to display the BMC FootPrints Service Core Issues that are associated with that contact.

To access BMC FootPrints Service Core Issues from within MS CRM:

  1. Log into MS CRM.
  1. Click the Sales button at the bottom of the page.  The contacts list is displayed
  1. Double-click on one of the contacts in the list.  A pop-up is displayed with the details for that contacts.
  1. Click on the FootPrints Cases button at the bottom of the left frame.
  1. The main frame is refreshed with the BMC FootPrints Service Core Issues list.
