Personal Flashboard

To access the Personal Flashboard, select Reports | Personal Flashboard from the BMC FootPrints Service Core Toolbar.  The first time the Personal Flashboard window opens, it displays a bar chart of Issues Received vs. Closed last 12 hours and basic statistics about the total number of calls received that day and the calls that are still active as pertain to that Agent.  You can optionally choose other statistics and charts.

There are several options from the main Flashboard window:
