The following is the list of Knowledge Bases that are linked in BMC FootPrints Service Core by default. The links to public sites are provided as-is.  BMC is in no way affiliated with the respective companies.

• BMC FootPrints Service Core Internal Knowledge Base—Points to the Internal Knowledge Base for the current Workspace.
• BMC FootPrints Service Core Public Knowledge Base—Points to the Public Knowledge Base for the current Workspace.
• BMC FootPrints Service Core Internal/Public Knowledge Bases—Points to both the Public and Internal Knowledge Bases for the current Workspace.
